My name is Magdalena
As a certified Holistic Health Counselor, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, and Naturopathy Practitioner—currently furthering my expertise in Herbalism, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and, most importantly, to guiding individuals and families toward lasting health and well-being.
My approach focuses on uncovering the root causes of health concerns and applying proven holistic strategies and natural medicine practices to restore balance and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
My passion for nutrition, natural healing, healthy living, and self-care has been a driving force throughout my journey, but it became even more profound when I became a mother. Facing personal health challenges, I realized the importance of prioritizing well-being—not just for myself, but to be the best parent possible for my daughter.
My mission is to empower families to take control of their health through personalized coaching and holistic mind-body support. What are the costs associated with the Mind&Body Coaching Program?The Mind&Body Coaching Program is a valuable and accessible investment in your health and well-being. The program includes 12 weekly sessions (each 45 minutes) with continuous support in between, and the total cost is $999. This breaks down to about $85 per session, making it affordable to receive personalized, ongoing guidance. For convenience, there are two payment options: Three-Month Payment Plan – You can pay in three installments of $333 per month, making it budget-friendly. Pay in Full Discount – I also offer a 10% discount for new clients who pay in full, reducing the total to $900. These options make committing to your wellness journey easier with the support and accountability needed for lasting change.
